A viral video is making waves online, showing the moment an unborn baby repeatedly ignores the pregnant mum and responds only to the father.
In the clip, the baby, still in the womb, appears to completely disregard the mother’s voice while effortlessly obeying the father’s commands — a dynamic that has left viewers amused.
The video shows the pregnant mother sitting on a chair, proudly displaying her baby bump, while her husband stands behind her. Together, they begin filming content aimed at discovering who the unborn baby seems to love more.
Things quickly tilt in the father’s favor, as the mother seemingly loses the challenge.
To begin, the mother tells the baby, “Move for mummy,” but the baby doesn’t respond — not even a little. Then the father says, “Move for dada,” and to everyone’s surprise, the unborn child reacts immediately, visibly shifting in the womb. The mom is left shocked, while the dad beams with excitement.
Frustrated, the mum jokingly tells the baby, “Move for your mother now or leave this womb now.” But again, there’s no movement.
When the father says, “Baby, move for dada again,” the baby responds quickly, this time moving even more vigorously. The father then places his hand on the bump, proudly stating that the baby belongs to him, as the “semen came from him.”
Adding humor to the situation, the dad tells the baby, “Baby, if you move for mama, I will buy everything that she need.” But the baby doesn’t respond, as if siding once again with the father.
The mother tries one last time, saying, “Oyah move,” but the baby holds its ground and doesn’t move.
Feeling defeated, she says, “Why will my kid do this to me, this is so wrong.”
