Everyone is aware that Lionel Messi is chasing his 700th career goal.
He is currently rooted on 699 for club and country as he awaits the landmark next strike of his career.
But while all eyes are on his goalscoring exploits, he’s quietly showing that it isn’t the only side of his game that matters.
He may not be on the scoresheet at Celta but did provide two assists for both Luis Suárez’s goals – to rack up an incredible number on that front.
