A suspected thief was almost lynched to d3ath by residents for allegedly trying to steal cables from a transformer in Utako area of Abuja Nigeria.
The incident happened around 5 a.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
According to eyewitnesses, the suspect allegedly confessed to trying to steal cables from one of the transformers along Usman Sariki Crescent.
Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report however it was gathered that the suspect was brutally beaten, his legs broken and left for d3ad by the roadside.
