A video has been sighted on social media that captures the moment a security guard saved the life of a toddler in a shopping mall.
In the video, the toddler was being carried by her mother on the neck while she was about getting on to the escalator in the mall.
Shortly after the mother made it to the escalator, the toddler leaned back and nearly fell to the ground but with the intervention of the security guard close by, she was saved.
The security guard who has earned the admiration of many social media users hastily grabbed the toddler before she would have landed on her neck and probably lost her life or sustained an injury.

In other news, a 28-year-old man who is yet to be identified is reported to have taken his own life simply because of the love and affection he claimed he was denied by his parents.
According to the narrator of the incident. the young man is the second among five children of his parents and he was showered with the love and support every child deserves from his or her parents but it was not enough for this man.
He was enrolled into good schools, given a good job in his father’s company and even had an understanding girlfriend by his side, yet he felt it was not enough for him.
The narrator stated that the young was enrolled into the university in Nigeria shortly after completing high school and at level 100, he got into trouble by assisting a friend to steal a laptop just for the fun of it.
He was nearly expelled but his father intervened and flew him abroad to start his tertiary education all over again. Instead of appreciating his father’s efforts, he claimed that his father did not protect his good name from getting tarnished.
He was dating a lady who always supported him and even had to rent an apartment closer to his just so they can spend more time together. The man was reported to have said that he is going to make everyone’s life miserable by taking his own life and he succeeded in doing that.
His family refused to attend his funeral and had only strangers coming for hi final burial rites as she was made the only family member of the deceased.
