The Charge Sheet that details all the criminal charges leveled against suspected Nigerian fraudster, Ray Hushpuppi has surfaced on social media.
Hushpuppi made his initial U.S. court appearance this morning in Chicago and faces a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years in a US federal prison if found guilt.
FBI Special Agent Andrew John Innocenti, stated in the affidavit prepared that the suspected Nigerian fraudster and his co-conspirators were accused of stealing over $16m.
The affidavit also captured phone conversations between Hushpuppi and his co-conspirators after each successful business email compromise (BEC) fraud they allegedly perpetrated.
