Raymond Abbas popularly known on Instagram as Hushpuppi Ray is an Internet fraudster who was Arrested in Dubai and handed over to the FBI in USA.

He has been charged to court Today 3rd July and faces a 20 year jail term.

According to a complaint on the Website of the US Government Department of Justice, Hushpuppi Ray who arrived in Chicago on Thursday evening after he was handed over by the Dubai Police made his first court appearance this morning and is expected to be transferred to Los Angeles in the coming weeks

If found guilty and convicted of Conspiracy to engage in Money Laundering, He would face a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison.

According to the FBI’s investigations, Hushpuppi financed his extravagant lifestyle through crime and that he is one of the leaders os a transnational network that facilitates computer intrusion, fraudulent activities and money laundering, targeting victims around the world stealing hundreds of Millions of Dollars
